Refunds & Returns Policy
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to KSR within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
Returns or Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and original packaging.
- Items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification cannot be returned.
- All returns are to be accompanied by a completed Authorised Return Form sent with the order.
- We will not accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage.
- Suits returned with missing or bent zipper teeth will not be warranted or replaced. This is due to user error, not manufacturing fault.
KSR is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of supplied parts.
